There is something screwy with CMS 2018 which introduces mouse lag which scales up with screen resolution, at least in some machines. I'm running the best gaming setup money can buy, I shred AAA games released in 20 at 120+ FPS in 4k resolution and with zero mouse lag. This guy and 'Not K3' both appear to be wrong.
